San Diego Beach Rentals
Staying on the beach in San Diego is a great experience. The weather is always nice, with very little rain the entire summer, if any, it is a great place to vacation. San Diego, has Seaworld close by, the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego wild animal park, and Disneyland only 90 minutes away. I highly recommend any beach rental in San diego.

Hawaii Beach rentals
Many of the beach resorts in Hawaii have turned into time shares. My family and I bought a timeshare in san diego two years ago, about 5 miles from where we live. All of our friends made fun of us, as the timeshare was literally right down the street from us. Well, we bought it on the second market for a fifth of the price of a new one, and researched the trade value of it for a year prior to buying it. Well, since we've had it, we've traded for beach rental in Maui on Kaanapali beach, also Saratoga springs resort in Disneyworld. So for beach rentals, I have to say, getting a time shrare, on the second market was a great move.
Vacation Rentals
Finding a vacation rental in the current economy seems to be a lot easier than it was in the past. Many times vacation beach rentals are sold out well in advance of a year before the summer. Most have required down payments that are not refundable. But, since everyone is saving more money, and not going on as many vacations, the vacancies are much greater. That means you can get last minute vacation rentals for a lot less, and get away.
