Hawaii Beach rentals

Many of the beach resorts in Hawaii have turned into time shares. My family and I bought a timeshare in san diego two years ago, about 5 miles from where we live. All of our friends made fun of us, as the timeshare was literally right down the street from us. Well, we bought it on the second market for a fifth of the price of a new one, and researched the trade value of it for a year prior to buying it. Well, since we've had it, we've traded for beach rental in Maui on Kaanapali beach, also Saratoga springs resort in Disneyworld. So for beach rentals, I have to say, getting a time shrare, on the second market was a great move.
